ISCRIZIONI
Le procedure di iscrizione sono completamente digitali e resteranno attive e disponibili fino al giorno 5 luglio 2023 alle ore 24:00.
Prima di procedere con la domanda di iscrizione è necessario effettuare il pagamento della tassa di iscrizione. Procedi quindi ad effettuare il pagamento della tassa di iscrizione e ricordati di conservare una copia della contabile di pagamento, perché servirà per procedere con l’iscrizione online.
La contabile del bonifico bancario dovrà essere salvata in formato PDF/JPG e caricata nella nostra procedura di iscrizione online.
STEP 1 – PRE-ISCRIZIONE
La pre-iscrizione, obbligatoria per i Concorrenti italiani, si effettua esclusivamente attraverso l’area riservata di ACI Sport. Perché vada a buon fine, è necessario che le licenze (concorrente, conduttore, scuderia, noleggiatore, etc) siano rinnovate per il 2023. A questo link trovate un tutorial con tutte le istruzioni per effettuare la procedura.
STEP 2 – ISCRIZIONE (RALLYENTER)
Completata la preiscrizione, accedete al portale iscrizioni QUI.
Nell’area personale create i profili inserendo i dati del concorrente, dei conduttori, della scuderia e quelli di fatturazione (che possono anche coincidere con quelli del concorrente o della scuderia). Nel caso foste una Scuderia, potete salvare più profili per inviare più iscrizioni.
Salvati tutti i profili di cui avete bisogno, nell’area iscrizioni potete inviare le vostre iscrizioni richiamando i profili creati, inserire la contabile di pagamento obbligatoria ed aggiungere le note assistenza.
Una volta inviata l’iscrizione, riceverete via mail una copia della scheda d’iscrizione insieme ad un riepilogo di tutta la modulistica da preparare in vista dell’evento; verificata la ricezione del pagamento, riceverete anche conferma scritta dell’iscrizione mezzo e-mail.
STEP 3 – MODULI INTEGRATIVI (RALLYENTER)
Sperando di farvi cosa gradita, abbiamo integrato dentro rallyenter anche tutti i moduli necessari per effettuare le verifiche amministrative e tecniche.
